The predecessor of the company, Zhejiang Zhongda Plastic Co., Ltd., was established and started the 1st production line.
We developed the 1st good polyolefin shrink film production line in 2000 after research on the Italian production equipment and more than 50 independent innovations and upgrades.
Established Zhejiang Zhongcheng Packing Material Co., Ltd.
From 2004 to 2008, the company made significant breakthroughs in design, equipment, technology, and other aspects.

Obtain "The National Torch Plans"
Started a new plant with a total production capacity of 40,000 tons.
